Introduction to Mindfulness,
Intention, and Action
I will be offering a free online introductory level 8-week class series on mindfulness, intention, and action in collaboration with wellness coach Susan Woods of The Wellness Circle.
The first four weeks of class will be led by me and will focus on establishing a mindfulness meditation practice, applying mindfulness to daily life, and setting intentions and aspirations for our lives from a place of heightened awareness.
The next four weeks will be led by Susan and will provide you with the tools needed to shift mindful intention into action. You will learn personalized ways to take steps in the direction of your intention, harnessing group support to help you along the path you’ve chosen.
The next class begins March 25. **The class is currently full, but we
will be accepting additional names for a wait list for future classes. If there is enough interest, we will start another class in the very near future, so please fill out the registration form if you would like to participate.
Class meets online (due to coronavirus) Wednesdays from noon to 1:00 pm.
There is no fee for the course, but space is limited, and pre-registration is required.
